Position Summary:

As part of the HR team, the Human Resources Coordinator will support and partner on a variety of talent and business initiatives, projects, and daily operations. This position plays a critical role in providing a great experience and first impression to Relievant guests and team members. Success in this role requires strong internal and external customer service, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and continually changing environment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process and maintain documentation relating to HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, training, performance review process, and employee file maintenance
  • Maintain the HRIS system to include inputting employee data, making changes, updating organizational charts, and running reports
  • Perform front desk duties, including receiving and responding to employees, visitors, and phone calls
  • Assist with candidate interview scheduling as needed
  • Support implementation of Relievant’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and onboarding program
  • Assist with recruiting tasks, including posting positions to the Relievant career page and job boards
  • Coordinate background checks and candidate assessments as requested
  • Deliver the orientation program to newly hired employees
  • Collect and initiate payment process for Employee Referral program
  • Coordinate employee off-boarding activities including providing necessary benefit/payroll forms, administering the electronic exit interview survey, and acting as contact for any questions
  • Assist with employee communications (performance management, engagement survey, benefits open enrollment, etc.)
  • Other duties, as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent coupled with 2-4 years related experience in a fast paced Human Resources department (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient using a variety of software applications including Microsoft Office
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information, personal integrity, excellent judgement, and high ethical standards
  • High level of enthusiasm and eagerness to learn

Location:

  • Our corporate office is in Bloomington, MN. We provide a flexible hybrid work model that includes days working from our corporate office and remotely.
